Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NexTourney, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you are using NexTourney on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

NexTourney provides a cloud-based tournament management platform that allows organisers to create tournaments, manage brackets, track scores in real time, and share public fan pages. Features vary by plan (Free, Pro, Federation).

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@clanme.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts for automated access without our written permission.

You agree not to use NexTourney to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without express written permission
• Use the service to conduct fraudulent tournaments or collect payments deceptively
• Impersonate another person or organisation

NexTourney offers Free and paid plans. Paid features are described on our pricing page. All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Free plan or suspension of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to NexTourney (tournament data, team names, logos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content as necessary to operate the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

The NexTourney name, logo, platform design, and all software are owned by NexTourney and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Your use of NexTourney is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

NexTourney is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on tournament data displayed on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexTourney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of NexTourney after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where NexTourney operates, as permitted by law.
